This is my final design for my cute editorial shoot. i have combined a few things from the first two looks I created and came up with this makeup design, which I think works well with the flower head dress and had a cute look to it. I will use the neutral coloured shadow on the eyes going in with a light brown shade in the outer corners. I will use natural looking lashes to enhance the look of the lashes on camera. Lashes can be tricky to apply and they both need to e equal which I need to keep in mind when applying them.
I will go in with heavy but not too strong highlighting and have the slight contour. I will use a slight pink blush on the cheeks to bloom them up. I decided to go with pink lips from the second make design that I did as I thought this would look better with the overall look. I would like the colour of the lips to match the colour of the flowers on the head dress. When doing the lips i need to make sure that they are symmetrical from both sides and are neat.
For my editorial shoot I decided to have my models hair opened and styled in soft waves. To do this I will need the double tonged curler. As her hair will be open I need to keep in mind how to style it with the flower head dress on as it should compliment the makeup and bring the whole look together.
To set the waves I will need to hairspray the hair making sure the hair looks neat. However as it a cute look messy hair is also seen as cute. Not too messy and neither too neat. I will have to see how hoe the hair falls on the model's face with the head dress on and style it appropriately to what goes with the look.
